After drying sedge and jute, its color appears either natural dark or light brown tone varying by its species and planting area. But when there are various needs of product pattern and color, the invention of dyeing process occurred. When talking about dyeing process, there are no standard and formula of how to mix colors. Each craftman tests and mixes a little bit of colors to get color they want based on product design, or can be said that they have their own unique pantone.
Any unique color created, the same criteria they require is to have long lasting color but not to stick to skin when use.
