This collection has been collaborated with Thai basketry makers.
We discovered palm leaf weaving village in Thailand that has produced household products for their home use. We see the delicate technique that they use fine palm leaf in the weave. 

Palm leaf: This layer is the most flexible layer of palm leaf that we formed in bowl shape following our initial design. We dye in black colour before weaving into the particular shape. 

After we understand this unique character of material, we have worked with the artisans to develop ordinary basket to an exotic and stylish lamp. We create the Palm Leaf Collection to show delicate handicraft of weaving. We have simplified the traditional craft with a twist of function elegantly. This lamp not only serves as pendant lamp, but it can be a decorative items in any space.
